App continues to tell me my phone is jailbroken and not supported . My phone is not jailbroken and is completely updated .

I go to Chicago basically every weekend but dont live there. Need a better way to implement location even though thats the most unnecessary feature Ive ever seen. Thats what keeps adidas 3rd in the big 3.

It wont let me in, it says my ohone is jailbroke. I am on the latest IOS and no jail break is available for that software :/

Wont verify number, I dont get the sms code ever.

This app is the worst app ive ever used... Took forever to just sign up and then when i put in my info it said i already signef up with another device but this is my first time using this app

This app kind if fraud it doesnt work properly and keep you on hold and ask for your contact info without giving confirmation

App is supposed to send out notifications to alert you when registrations have opened but it doesnt...Opening the app to read "Reservations have closed" for a 6th separate time has me wondering what the point of this app is. Time to delete.

This app is terrible dont count on it to get your yeezys. I got into the reservations and it said I was out of range when it says in the faq that you can reserve that you wont be excluded from your position

This app is horrible. I sat through the lottery process, hitting "try again" every 10 seconds, only to get to the reserve screen and every size is sold out. Mind you, the reservations didnt close until 25 minutes after I was already in!! Why not update the sizes in real time? Like every size from 4-14 was already gone...

Not upset that I didnt get to reserve a pair but I was annoyed when I literally spent 1/3 of my time restarting my app. About every 3 times I tapped try again my screen would go black and nothing would happen.

This is so bad it cant even be called an app. It freezes constantly, and when it isnt frozen and lets me try to register it gets an error every time I try to get an activation code. It will also tell me sometimes my phone number, which isnt verified yet, is already verified. It makes no sense. The Nike SNKRS app cant even be compared to this because this is so bad. Its amazing adidas puts their name on this pathetic excuse for an app.

I had 3 phones trying to reserve a pair of Yeezys... Each time a phone went through, the app blacked out. Cant believe a multi million dollar company cant even afford a working app... I even called customer service and they werent able to help

Says itll notify you when reservations are open but does no such thing. Waste of time.

I unjailbroke my phone and I still cant use the adidas confirmed app, could be a 5 star rating if it would detect my phone as a unjailbroken phone

You are better off trying a regular sneaker site then wait for this app to work. The notification never appears, or the app will freeze or crash. Waste of time dont download.

Always froze, crashed. Complete sh*t simple as that. Dont waste your time.

All never works. Always one of the first people on when the yeezys have gone live, but havent ever gotten a pair...
