Freezes on you at the most critical time possible, within 10 seconds of the release countdown... Really makes me wonder if Adidas had already preselected who was getting shoes or not, based on so many people having the exact same experience. Really disappointed.

Waited for release. App counted down to zero then crashed and logged me off. When I was finally able logged back in it told me my phone number was registered with another device. Wth! The. When everything returned to normal the release was over. Absolutely horrible. No explanation or nothing. And this exact same thing happened to 6 of my friends. Yes 6 of them and countless people reported the same on Twitter. Get your s@#t together Adidas.

This app is complete garbage! I live in NYC so I believe I have an opportunity to make a reservation for any Adidas footwear that may be available. Not even 10 seconds during the launch the app stated the product was completely sold out. Theres a reason why Nike is the top brand in the world today. Adidas... Shape up!

Stop trying to jump over the jumpman

Tried to get Yeezy Boost 750 I had it open for 3 hours waiting and I drove all the way to Atlanta! No luck it froze at 8 seconds!

My friend and I drove up to nyc just to be in the zone for yeezys and waited for 6 hours plus. Once they dropped, the app crashed and kept trying to refresh. Left disappointed but got some good nyc pizza

What is the point of this app? Is just frustrating and utterly useless and hasnt worked for anybody. Dont waste your time it doesnt do anything

I wish I could rate it less than 1 star.. It prompted me to enable my location services, when they were already enabled. Very frustrating

I would give zero stars if possible. Crashes during the 1-2 releases that are put out per year. Totally useless otherwise. No response back from the support team. And youre not able to log back in with your existing Adidas acct after you delete the app and reinstall. Adidas Im disappointed
